Mt Helix Nail Spa — La Mesa’s home for acrylics

I was really looking forward to this appointment for the 'meticulous pedicure' and they did not disappoint. I was happy getting reminders so I wouldn't miss my appointment. I highly recommend Vanna if you have problem toe nails. She was careful and professional. I am completely satisfied and won't be going anywhere else.

Royal treatment for Mom today. These two ladies have a heart for holding seniors hands right where they are living. Taking Mom to a manicure appointment and then a pedicure appointment somewhere else was becoming too much for me. I can't lift her out of the car let alone transfer her to a wheelchair. I'm so grateful that having Vana & Riley visit her in the board and care where she lives means two less things I have…
